Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the currently distributed GigafishApps iOS applications listed below handle information, advertising, consent, retention, and your privacy choices.

Effective and last updated: July 21, 2026

Plain-language summary. These apps do not require a GigafishApps account. Core app content and progress are stored on your device. Free versions may use Google Mobile Ads, which can process limited device, usage, diagnostic, advertising, and approximate-location information.

Apps covered by this policy

This shared policy applies to the currently distributed iOS versions of the following apps where the App Store listing links to this page:

The Catholic Rosary com.gapps.hrosaryios
Kanji! com.gigafishappsit.kanji100

Features and advertising availability can vary by app version and region. A future app-specific policy will take precedence if its store listing links to one.

Developer and contact

These apps are provided by GigafishApps IT. For general questions, contact hello@gigafishapps.com. For privacy requests or concerns, contact privacy@gigafishapps.com.

Information stored on your device

The apps may save settings, selected content, learning or prayer progress, and similar state in local app storage so that features work and can resume. GigafishApps does not operate a user-account service for these apps and does not intentionally receive this local content on a GigafishApps server.

Local app information remains on the device until you remove it using an available in-app control, clear the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Device backups managed by Apple may retain app data according to your iCloud and device-backup settings.

Advertising and information processed by Google

Free versions may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK to request, display, measure, secure, and improve advertising. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform may request or update consent before ads are requested.

Depending on the app version, device, consent choice, and region, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or receive the following categories:

Approximate location
An Internet Protocol address may be used to estimate a general location. These apps do not request precise GPS location for advertising.
Device and advertising identifiers
This may include an advertising identifier such as IDFA when available and permitted, or other app and device identifiers.
Product and advertising interactions
This may include app launches, ad views, taps, impressions, and related interaction or advertising data.
Diagnostics and performance
This may include crash logs, launch time, hang rate, energy usage, and other diagnostic or performance information.

These categories may be used for third-party advertising, ad delivery and measurement, analytics, product performance, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance. Google may share or process information with advertising partners participating in its services under their own policies and applicable consent choices.

GigafishApps does not sell personal information that it receives directly from these apps.

Consent, tracking, and your choices

Service providers and international processing

GigafishApps uses third-party providers only for functions such as advertising, consent management, diagnostics, security, and service delivery. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and are expected to apply protections required by their agreements and applicable law.

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Their policies describe the safeguards and transfer mechanisms they use.

Retention, access, and deletion

GigafishApps retains no user-account record for these apps because they do not create GigafishApps accounts. Local app information is controlled on your device as described above. Google and other service providers control their own retention periods.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information that GigafishApps may hold, email privacy@gigafishapps.com. We may need enough information to identify and answer the request. Requests about information controlled solely by Google must also be made through Google’s privacy tools and policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information transmitted by advertising services is generally encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

These apps are not directed to children under 13, and GigafishApps does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a user account or first-party server. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to GigafishApps, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

The apps may open third-party content or websites. GigafishApps does not control those services, and their own privacy policies apply.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when an app, an integrated service, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted at this stable URL.
